A 180,000 sq ft distribution warehouse located on Pitt Lane, in the Talke area of Stoke-on-Trent. The property was purchased with a short lease and initially measured over 200,000 sq ft. Following expiry of the lease a programme of demolition to remove redundant buildings, construction of a 10,000 sqft warehouse extension and comprehensive refurbishment was undertaken. The property was subsequently let to Centaur Services Ltd and sold to Clearbell.
